This policy is deprecated in M88, Flash is no longer supported by Chrome. Setting the policy to Enabled means outdated plugins are used as normal plugins. Setting the policy to Disabled means outdated plugins aren't used. Leaving the policy unset means users will be asked for permission to run outdated plugins.
