This policy is no longer supported, however the related policy ChromeRootStoreEnabled may be supported on certain platforms. When this setting is enabled, Google Chrome will perform verification of server certificates using the built-in certificate verifier. When this setting is disabled, Google Chrome will perform verification of server certificates using the legacy certificate verifier provided by the platform, unless ChromeRootStoreEnabled is enabled. When this setting is not set, the built-in or the legacy certificate verifier may be used.
