Setting the policy specifies whether a force-installed Isolated Web App or kiosk application has access to the Device Attributes API by default. Please see https://wicg.github.io/WebApiDevice/device_attributes for details. Setting the policy to 1 or leaving it unset allows force-installed Isolated Web Apps and kiosk applications to use the API. Setting the policy to 2 blocks force-installed Isolated Web Apps and kiosk applications from using the API.
