Default search provider new tab page URL

If DefaultSearchProviderEnabled is on, then setting DefaultSearchProviderNewTabURL specifies the URL of the search engine used to provide a New Tab page. Leaving DefaultSearchProviderNewTabURL unset means no new tab page is provided.
