DeviceFlexArcPreloadEnabled

This policy allows preload ArcVM image to the device installed with Google ChromeOS Flex. Setting the policy to Enabled will allow ArcVM image to be preloaded on Google ChromeOS Flex separately. Setting the policy to Disabled or not set will block ArcVM image from preloading on Google ChromeOS Flex separately. If an image has already been downloaded and the policy is subsequently updated, the image will only be removed after the user signs out or reboots the device.
