This policy is only effective when the device has reached auto update expiration and does not meet the minimum allowed version of Google ChromeOS set through DeviceMinimumVersion policy. When this policy is set to a non-empty string : If the warning time mentioned in DeviceMinimumVersion policy has expired, this message is shown at the login screen when the device is blocked for any user to sign in. If the warning time mentioned in DeviceMinimumVersion policy has not expired, this message is shown on the Chrome management page after user sign in. If this policy is not set or set to empty, the default auto update expiration message is shown to the user in both of the above cases. The auto update expiration message must be plain text without any formatting. No markup is allowed.
