This policy provides a temporary exemption for specified domains from the new origin-bound cookie behavior. Adding a domain to the list will allow cookies from those domain being used by different scheme or port. More information can be found with LegacyCookieScopeEnabled. For cookies on domains not covered by the patterns specified here, or for all cookies if this policy is not set, they will behave with origin-bound cookie behavior. This policy will be removed in the future.
