Enable NTLMv2 authentication.

Setting the policy to Enabled or leaving it unset turns NTLMv2 on. Setting the policy to Disabled turns NTLMv2 off. All recent versions of Samba and Microsoft® Windows® servers support NTLMv2. This should only be turned off for backward compatibility as it reduces the security of authentication.
