If DeviceBatteryChargeMode is set to "custom", then setting DeviceBatteryChargeCustomStopCharging customizes when the battery stops charging, based on the percentage of battery charge. DeviceBatteryChargeCustomStartCharging must be at least 5 percentage points below DeviceBatteryChargeCustomStopCharging. Leaving the policy unset applies the "standard" battery charge mode.
