If DevicePowerPeakShiftEnabled is Enabled, setting DevicePowerPeakShiftDayConfig sets power peak shift day configuration. Leaving the policy unset keeps power peak shift off. Valid values for the minute field in start_time, end_time and charge_start_time are 0, 15, 30, 45.
