NewBaseUrlInheritanceBehavior is a Google Chrome feature that causes about:blank and about:srcdoc frames to consistently inherit their base url values via snapshots of their initiator's base url. For more details, refer to https://chromestatus.com/feature/5161101671530496. When the policy is set to disabled, it prevents users or Google Chrome variations from enabling NewBaseUrlInheritanceBehavior, in case compatibility issues are discovered. When the policy is set to enabled or not set, it allows enabling NewBaseUrlInheritanceBehavior.
