Starting in M106 persistent quota will no longer be supported. This policy will re-enable persistent quota functionality until M107. If this policy is set to enabled, webkitRequestFileSystem with persistent type will operate with persistent quota. If this policy is unset or disabled, webkitRequestFileSystem with persistent type will operate with temporary quota.
