Controls whether browser can detect mandatory policy scope on macOS or not. If the policy is set to Enabled or not set, each policy's scope will be determined by the scope of macOS managed profile. If the policy is set to Disabled, all policies will be reconized as machine scope policy. This policy is temporary in order to facilitate smooth transition to properly scoped policies on Google Chrome 107.
