Setting the policy to Disabled allows pop-ups targeting _blank to access (via JavaScript) the page that requested to open the pop-up. Setting the policy to Enabled or leaving it unset causes the window.opener property to be set to null unless the anchor specifies rel="opener". This policy was removed in Google Chrome version 102.
